Mine is a 89 4.2 with a crappy engine, 5 speed, 34" TSL's, 5.5" lift and I am getting 13 to 14.
My pops has the same setup. I changed his plugs and wires and he went from 14 to 18

my 03 rubi gets around 10, I drive around on 34" trXus with only 12-15 pounds of air(going to and from the coast or china hat with properly inflated tires it runs 12-14 @65MPH) and I live in mountainous area, I rarely drive on the hwy more than 15 miles round trip to the gas station. stock I was getting about 16 with 4:10's and the 31's.
