I think the transfer case in my jeep is wrecked and i wanted to know if its worth rebuilding or trying to find a used one or just buy new. Its a 2000 jeep grand cherokee wj. im not sure but i think its identical to the one in the acticle about the 99 wj.

Purchase a newly REBUILD unite would be the way to go. Or get a better HD transfer case like the 242HD. If you wheel you WJ often then get a AtlasII ![]()
And at this point I assume you have a 247 Transfer Case in your WJ.

is there another way to go other then the atlas 2. one thats a little less expensive.
