dang you still have the stock shocks also!
maybe build some 2" extensions for them, I did on mine before I put the lift on it, It makes a bigger difference than one would expect the brake linds are even long enough for a couple inches.

Yeah, some links add and extra [IMG] on both ends of the url that keeps them from posting, glad you figured it out, I'm one of those guys that loves pics of the other jeeps,

I don't mind posting them at all for others, or fixing Avatars, it gives me something to do other than just drive and sleep.

I ran across these the other day, looks like a hack saw and a drill is all you need besides a trip to the hardware store for tube stock,

yep, getting my $$ out of the stock stuff, it works pretty good too, i'm gonna put in 2" springs, raise the t-case, sye, cv driveshaft, then flex it w/ no shocks to get a length. then it should do really good, not as much high centering, of course i'll gain 2" just from the springs, so it'll have to be springs/sye/shaft/shocks/ then if really ambitious, raise t-case, its my driver so...one day...

o yeah, that was my reasoning also for my mods. I'd almost consider a hood like yours also after seeing it.

sweet pics,  take a look at your front brake lines.  any more articulation and your gonna need some longer ones.

i was able to get this outa stock springs and longer shocks.

shocks definately make a huge difference, with my 2.5" I run shocks for a 6", it hits the bumpstops before the shock bottoms out and maxes out the drop of the arms.

its a competition fibreglass hood(pretty thin)i traded the oe hood/fenders for it, i've had to reinforce it at the cowl area to keep it from looking like i am flying when cruising at 70mph, as the flares catch air pretty good, i would've gotten the 4-wheelers hood otherwise, the only difference is the 4-whlrs hood has a little more fender(wider) and the fenders come down at the front a little. looks cool when flares modified to them
