that right for sure even though it comes at a high cost, yours probably could have used a little more angle, they aren't usually that bad, it will over time take out the output bushing and seal on the t-case, among other things like yours when it broke.
I get away without it on mine as I don't have that much lift and the rubi shaft isn't a slip yolk, it is in the plans to change because it does have a minor vib, most that ride in it think it's the tires. I'm not going to put a sye kit on the rubi case, I'll just bolt on a cv shaft.
