Hey, if you guys are still having a problem with this. I got something for you to try, incase you have not already.  One minor little thing that can make your axle seals leak rather frequently is the axle breather. Check the little plastic vent cap on the end. This should be located all the way up near either your left or right tail light area. You may want to just replace the whole tubing from the axle all the way up to include the rotating cap. If this vent line becomes clogged it will cause your axle to build pressure, and where else would it leak but your axle seals. Just a thought, sorry I didn't post this earlier. I actually ment to post this a while back. Best of luck

Hey guys,

I have an '03 Rubicon and I've seen some concerns stated here over the blinking axle lock light.

It has been my experience that the lights blink until the axle successfully locks.  After one year of ownership my axles would only blink and never lock!  After some troubleshooting I found the problem to be dry rotting in the air hose going to the lockers at any hard turn.  The stress of the bend caused small cracks which allowed too much loss of integrity for the system to work.  I replaced the faulty air lines with similar vacuum hoses which have worked fine for years now.

I wish someone would make hard lines for the TJ air lockers like those available for ARB lockers!
