I want to lift my 2000 grand cherokee limited but i dont know who makes a good lift for them. If anyone has lifted one how does the front driveshaft hold up and hows the transfer case do when ur wheeling in the mud.

I'm not into the wj's or Cherokees for that matter but there is at least two manufactures that make a kit for the wj that I've noticed. most kits are great, the difference is how complete they come.

I personally would lean more to the rock krawler or the teraflex.
depends on what you will use it for.

yep, the 3 link front and y-type 4 link in the rear... way flexible.
rockkrawler claims to have the strongest arms on the market, they are solid stock, and are guaranteed.
when I planned to lift my Rubicon, rockkrawler was #2 on my wish list just under the LCG teraflex kit, I got in a hurry and never saved up enough money and bought a competition crawler, rancho kit, I hammer on it hard, the only thing I have had go wrong is the track bar bent and I ripped one of the rear lower control arm brackets off of the rear end, I also tore both stock upper front control arms in half but none of that was rancho's fault, it just doesn't have the flex that the long arms do It was only 1500 bucks less than the teraflex.

Right on because ive talked to a couple of guys about the teraflax and the rustys offroad. They said the rustys lift has a lot of little pieces to play around with. The teraflex is supposed to be a good lift but they were saying it has some weak components in it.

as far as rusty's having alot of parts, It takes alot of parts to correct the geometry from a lift, they all have various extras to correct this or that, it's what sets the builders apart.
I'm not at all sure what they would call weak on a teraflex kit, more people praise it han put it down, maybe the front y-link bracketry that eliminates the front track bar, that stuff seems scary to me.

Darn... I was going to put up the link for nth degree mobility FAQ's and just found out that the have closed thier doors, AEV Conversions has taken over the inventory and such.
