I was wondering about the possibility of mating the tub of a TJ Unlimited with the front body pieces of a YJ. I have a YJ now but would like to eventually rebuild it completely. When I do this I want to increase the wheelbase. I want it to look good but still mostly be a YJ. The other possiblity I considered is getting an aluminum YJ tub and stretching it out to fit a longer frame. Whichever way I go I would get the frame custom built. Any suggestions or comments are appreciated.  

one of the jp staffers has a cj, i'm pretty sure, with a yj grill. I don't know about making it work on a tj.

the stretched yj would be pretty cool, what a cj-7 scrambler, you're probably looking for the comfort of the tj, I know I would, the old cj is a chore to drive compared to my rubi.
