I had to cut all of the rear bolts off for both the front and back springs. I tried PB Blaster and heating them up but I think the rubber bushings prevent them from coming out. I went to Sears and bought a 4 1/2 angle grinder and cut them off.

If the bushing is seized to bolt and you can't shock it loose with a hammer or air hammer to get it to turn out, you'll end up just cutting it with a die grinder or the 4 1/2 angle grinder, be sure to replace it with a high grade bolt, not just a cheepie from the hardware store bolt bin. also a torch will work but you'll have a nice rubber fire going on from the bushing and run the risk of dammaging the hanger.
