Its only on even pavement and when I turn the wheel. Its a loud pop and you can feel it in the brake pedal. The sway links and bushings are all brand new as well as the steering stabilizer and the front end is tight with no play anywhere.. Its driving me nuts. I'm gonna start replacing all the bushings here shortly!!!!!

Im not sure if this info will help but it sounds like your trac bar end joint were it hooks to the vehical end. you can varify this by doing a dry park check.

not only that, but it could be your bearings in your housings, also check your vaccum shifter on the front axle, your shift fork could be bad inside. maybe it is staying in 4 wheel and not knowing it..

X2 on the trac-bar, get that thing as tight as you can on both ends.
