teraflex revolver shackles, and an arb locker with compresor, while you are in there, put new gears in, 3.73s for 31" tires, 4.11s for 32-33" tires, then match the front with the gears, and if you have the money an arb in the front, if you have the dana 35 you can upgrade to larger axle shafts, more splines at this time too. if you have the 8.25 you should be ok with 31-33s with mild wheeling, your dana 30 is just as tuff as a 8.25 it can handle 31-33s with no probs also, it all depends on how much $ you got, or you can switch to a 98 or newer ford explorer 8.8 rear, they have rear disc brakes on them, have the same bolt pattern and only about an inch wider then your stock one, then you can fab some spring perches and shock mounts, or just cut them off your axle and weld them on the 8.8. good luck with nyour project.
