At any speed above 30mph and I hit a bump it feels like the front end gets a wobble (side-to-side or up and down). I have to decelerate for it to go away. Its driving me insane and I can't seem to get an answer. I've done a balance and rotate on the tires replaced the sway bushings I think it may be the steering Stabilizer but I really don't want to start replacing parts until I have an idea of what could cause it. Thanks

First do you have a lift kit? Is the caster in spec? Then check the track bar hardware and bushings, ball joints, wheel bearings, and tie rod ends for slop. Jack the front end up and have a buddy saw the steering wheel left and right while you look for anything moving out of place. Grab and shake the tire and wheel holding it at the 12 and 6 o'clock positions to locate loose wheel bearings and ball joints and at the 9 and 3 o'clock positions to find loose tie rod ends and steering box problems. If all else fails I have found that some Jeeps do need a steering stabilizer. You can check yours by removing it and cycling it in and out. If there is a dead spot or air pocket with little resistance it needs to be replaced.

Also check the torque on your track bar.  I would also pull it down and look at the bushing.  It htat is ok also check your alignment.

The whole front end is tight but I haven't checked the bushings yet. So I will check the stabilizer shock as well as the lower control arm bushings etc. i have no lift kit on it; the whole thing is bone-stock at this time.
