I have a 1988 YJ, it has the 258 inline 6cyl now, I was wondering if a Dodge 318 would be a good choice to go back in with. If not what would you suggest putting in.

Personaly, I would keep the 6cyl. Maybe swap in a newer FI or even HO one.
But if you have the 318 that could be fun too..
So it's not a Jeep... sue me... it's still faster!
