I recently installed my first lift kit. It was only a 2.25 coilspring spacer lift with longer shocks. I am amazed at the extra "bounce" my 2003 TJ has on the road. It sometimes seems like a roller coaster on the interstate at 70-75 mph.
Questions 1. Is this normal? 2. Is there a way to lessen the amount of bounce? Or do I just get used to it?

That simple huh. I really thought Skyjacker shocks were pretty good. These are the hydro 7000. I'm not really satisfied with them. FYI.

I am adding a SkyJacker 6" kit with long arms as we speak, I am using SkyJacker Nitro 8000's after riding in a friends Jeep with the same....it rode great. ....I will let you know Monday how that goes.

Think of it this way. What part did you change? The springs are the same, the arms are the same, the steering is the same, the shocks are new.
Right there pretty much shows that it is the shock. Plus the way you described it it is definaly a dampening problem, in this case not enough. Sounds like you either got bum shocks, or they just stink anyway. I would go ahead and replace those, but keep your reciept just incase
So it's not a Jeep... sue me... it's still faster!
