I decided to not put the cowl scoop on the hood as it would cost 177 CND + tax just for the scoop, so I ordered some vents instead. It will be like the Limited hoods.....vents 24 bucks a pair LOL I am trying to decide if I should paint my "chrome"grill to match the truck or not....

Yea i say paint it. Mine was that "Chrome" also. I painted mine black with some plastic spray paint that i had used on my front bumper. Its a semi gloss now. Looks a lot better then that chrome, as that was the last thing i had chrome, besides the name badges. Mine took a few coats to cover it. I took a light sanding pad to mine first, but would recomend a wire wheel instread first then a light sanding pad to scuff it up some. Mine wasnt very rough and ya can tell so, as some has blisterd a bit with mine. Im thinkin about just cuttin my hood my self and then addin some metal to the sides to make it a cowl hood. Like maybe find a bend stock hood and weld in some metal from that one to mine to help keep the lines the same. Sucks bein a welder a lotta times as i seem to be constantly comin up with new idea of what i can weld up or custom make for my Jeep.

sweet. Yea i just got back late monday night from a 900 mile road trip in like 4 days down to Southern Oregon with my GF, and our friend and her BF. Was intrestingto see my ZJ fully loaded and then some...Had the rear cargo area full and then i had a cooler and a couple water jugs in a basket hangin off the back. For some reason, my tranny dont seem to like me now...Its slippin a lot now and is sluggish, so im gonna have to have a look at it this weekend i guess.

Mine was giveing me trouble before i had it flushed and made a difference. I got my exhaust on. The dynomax catback is quieter then I thought it would be. The tail pipe is the same as stock really. I should've just changed the muffler I guess....live and learn...I'll go with a gibson or magnaflow next time.
So how did your truck drive with the lift etc?

If go with a flowmaster 40 series on a 4.0, you won't be diappointed.

well after about 3,000 miles now or so, and doin one 900 mile road trip, it handles aight. Its a lot stiffer then it used to be, which i knew it would be, just i think that some differnt shocks would help that out a lot. Aslo some new sway bar and axle bushings on the UCA's would help out some also. Took it on a nice technical trail, and it did really well, a lot better then i thought it would do. so i guess you sacrafice one for the other. I met up with a guy that had a YJ and he was not sure where stuff went up where i was wheelin at, so he tagged along with me. His wife shot some nice video i guess of my ZJ in action and they will be emailin it here to me soon. I guess i had one tire fully stuffed and i didnt even know it...The trail was a snug fit, with some nice roots and some small off camber stuff. Never had a issue with gettin over most stuff except for once where i was a lil off line and the tire wouldnt climb over some thing. Put it in 4Lo and turned as far left as i could go and then she went right up that obstical. I did find out though, that with my 1" transfercase crossmember drop that i have, i needed to adjust my linkage for my transfer shifter. when i was locked in 4Hi, that was at the N setting, so for 4Lo, i had to pull back as hard as i could and then hold my hand there to keep it from grinding. but its now adjusted and works great. When i get the video, im gonna try and post it on NAGCA, or at least the good parts of it any way. Ill keep ya informed.
As far as mufflers, dont get a magnaflow, i had one and it went out on me after about 2 yrs. I got a glass pack style now and its great, louder then stock for sure and people hear me comin also. Didnt have any issues with it either while 4x4in, as i have my tail pipe end right before the rear axle, pointin straight down to the ground.

yea i made my own T-case drop, and i dont know if it helped or not. I cant take it out though, as one of the factory holes was slightly off from the factory crossmember so one bolt went in pretty hard and im affraid that if i remove it, ill strip out the hole. so im stuck with the drop for now i guess. and for as mixed as my suspension is, im very happy with its trail performance. Im hopin to stuff some 33" BFG M/Ts on it soon here, if i can find a good deal on some, or maybe trade some one for my 31" BFG A/Ts.

I have 31x10.5s on now. I wouldnt mind some 33x12.5s when i go bigger. I kinda like that wide tire stance. 33x10.s would be a better bet though im sure as i know they wont rub on any thing, at least width wise. Im just gonna wait and see what i can find and get my hands on. A friend, her dad 4x4s so i might talk to him and see if hes got some used 33s with decent tread that hes willin to swap me. Or i just might wait till mine wear out and then upgrade, time will tell. I just know that almost all the project i had wanted to get done before thiswinter, (IE: paint it, and front recovery points) are on hold now, as is any more 4x4in for the yr as it looks like i might be outta a job at the end of Sept. and need to save the $$ that i got left.
